*Must be able to swim 550 yards in under 10 min!*

• MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL FROM A DOCTOR STATING THE INDIVIDUAL IS IN GOOD HEALTH AND CAN PERFORM THE DUTIES OF AN OPEN WATER LIFEGUARD.  NO ONE WILL BE PERMITTED TO TAKE THE SWIM TEST WITHOUT THIS DOCUMENT.
